Gordo the Skateboarding Parrot Stolen – The L.A. Times has an article about Frank Mirales and Gordo, his skateboarding parrot which was stolen last Wednesday. Mirales taught the parrot to skate when he was recovering from being hit by a truck and needed physical exercise – so for company he fashioned Gordo his own board and got him out there.

Skateboard House built in Greece – Archvirus Architecture and Design have designed and built a house around an impressive indoor ramp. One end of the mini is up against the kitchen counter which, while being convenient, could cause potential problems… note to the owner, be careful where you leave the knife block.

10 Person Snowboard Being Ridden In Jackson – Eric Sweet has built a 10 person snowboard he plans on riding April 1 at Jackson Hole. The wacky twist? All 10 riders will be Jewish! Hilarious! Where did he come up with the idea? His Rabbi of course… The plan is to get TV coverage and a Guinness World Record while bringing some fun to Judaism. Sweet has done a similar stunt once before with a three person snowboard and he proudly proclaims that, “It’s never been done since then.” I can’t think why…
