Rebel Tour Collapse? – It has not been long in the news but there are rumors that the rebel tour, backed by Kelly Slater, might have collapsed after several key meetings were canceled and interviews refused. The expected cost of the rebel tour would be $30 million which would ideally be recouped through advertising – a difficult sell in the current climate.
