I saw this video on Boardistan this morning… Officer Schwab #2099 decided that common sense has no place in the law in California. So, for skateboarding, he cited a bunch of guys and arrested one who objected to the citation. Although you don’t see it on the video, several residents get into an argument with the cop after he kicks the kid in handcuffs. It’s not the first time a video like this has surfaced – Remember Officer Rivieri in Baltimore? Believe it or not, the civil suit filed against him by the skaters parents was thrown out of court last week (article here).
