I saw this on Engadget last week. I knew that Qmotion already built an ‘XBoard’ for older generation consoles but now they’ve gotten all next-gen on us. As Engadget points out, they’re also going to be allowed to make official wireless peripherals. Something Microsoft doesn’t let many companies do. How does this affect you? Well it means we’re likely to see more extreme names for wacky products that put the hard work back into playing video games. Seriously, I play EA SKATE so I can sit on the couch, not jump around the living room on a purple piece of plastic. Still, I won’t put the jihad on it right away, it’d be interesting to try.
