The first round of invites have got out for Winter X Games 14 which is being held in Aspen, Colorado. There will be another announcement in late December with more riders. The riders are selected for the events based on four criteria; first up, the previous years Gold Medalist is in, then the committee looks at competition results, media exposure and finally what they call Legendary Status.
