Marketing Manager

The Australian distributor for Burton Snowboards, Analog clothing, Gravis footwear, Anon & the Program is looking for a Marketing Manager. They will be responsible for overseeing brand platform, concepts, strategies, development and delivery of all ESA marketing related projects.
Will budget, plan, and supervise ESA marketing staff and control all marketing projects from concept to delivery; assuring end product meets brand objectives and are delivered on time.
Will manage all marketing collateral including but not limited to: ad campaigns, catalogs, POP, in-store, website, events and videos.
Will also be responsible for direction and development of surf/skate/snow teams including pros, amateurs, travel, photo shoots, (in conjunction with ESA Brand managers).
Will consistently, timely, and clearly communicate marketing strategies to senior management, sales reps & international head offices.
Candidate should have a marketing Degree, or other related field, as well as at least 3 years experience in a senior marketing role with an understanding of the action sports industry preferred.
Candidate should be highly motivated and able to work independently or within a team environment. Domestic and international travel required.
