A few weeks back I was in Sure Store in Melbourne and noticed a headphone brand I’d never heard of before. I meant to chase it up but completely forgot until yesterday when snowboard photographer and all round good dude, Liam Kaska dropped me a line about them. Muse is a headphone company based in Hawthorne, Victoria and are doing some pretty unique things. Currently being sported by the likes of Lewis Marnell and Darrell Stanton and stocked in stores we love like Sure, Evolve, Villian, Fast Times, Blindside, Wax Museum and more.

The range primarily consists of ear buds but has one set of full on headphones in it along with ‘The Commander’ which features a noise canceling microphone designed especially for gaming. ‘The Replacement’ are Apple iPod inspired headphones which are only $19.95… In fact, the entire range comes in at under $60.00 – which is crazy cheap.

The company is the creation of Sara Su, Peter Lay, Robbie Coleman and Cedric Austria; all these guys are young, creative and, if they keep coming up with this kind of product, going to do pretty well for themselves.
