For those of you old enough to remember, Andrew Burton was among the first Australian’s to really ride halfpipe. He coached myself and many other youngsters up at Perisher and really was a true professional. You might have wondered where he went after the Torino Winter Olympics four years ago, I know I did. It turns out Burdo has traded the back-to-back winters for tropical water and perfect barrels in the Mentawai Islands by starting his own surf charter boat tour.
