The guy who started the short lived hotel chain, The Block, is getting back into the game after making a resort purchase. Eneliko Smith plans to put US$10 million into the Sugar Loaf Ski Resort located in Michigan. The controversial business man has been forced to defend his past dealings and has taken to the interwebz to do it – as recently as February this year he was posting his defense on Boardistan (see them here). In an article with the Traverse City Record-Eagle, Liko said that he was not a ski resort person and needed an experienced partner for the venture to work. Full story over here.
