Joe Maloof has spoken to CNBC about the Money Cup and its development. Maloof, the oldest of the four brothers who also own the Sacremento Kings and the Palms resort and casino in Las Vegas, says, “…we’ve truly become the greatest skateboarding event out there. Our goal continues to be to get the top skateboarders in the world to our events and we did it here again. Out of the top 48 skateboarders, it looks like we’ll have at least 47, including P-Rod and Chris Cole, and might get them all if Ryan Sheckler comes.” The interview is really interesting, check it out here.
