Over the last week, Sandbox premiered their latest offering ‘All Day, Every Day‘ in Jindabyne and Melbourne. Jindabyne was first off the ranks and it was crazy. Obviously with the DC team in the building (including film opener Andrew Geeves) joining superdude and Jindy local Ryan Tiene, who has the ender, it was guaranteed to be an awesome night. Jindy was silly, it was midweek during the Australian Open and everyone was ready for a night out. The Banjo was absolutely pack and it was pretty hard to see if you weren’t Sun Ming Ming. That didn’t even matter because everyone was so drunk amped to see the film. It must have felt good to be Tiene, by the time hs part came on, the place went nuts. I won’t talk about the film too much because it wouldn’t be worth your time reading it. Just go see/buy it when you get the chance, its a big deal for Australian snowboarding. Enjoy the eyegasm.

Melbournes premiere was far more subdued by comparison. It was held at Loop in the city and was a pretty rad little spot, everybody at least got the see the screen. There were two rooms that you could watch the film on and it was every bit as good second time around. Unfortunately I wasn’t feeling great so I didn’t hang around for too many post-film shenanigans, but from all accounts it was another great night. Big thanks to Andy at Season Distribution and DC for putting the events together. I have a feeling Melbourne is going to go nuts in two weeks, and it won’t be for the Grand Final.
