Last weekend saw the first 2010 Dew Tour stop happen in Boston. There was a lot of anticipation around this event as Shaun White was due to compete in the vert, his first comp since taking out the halfpipe gold at the Vancouver Olympics last February. After an ankle injury sustained in practice, White was sidelined and the field opened up for PLG (Pierre-Luc Gagnon) to take out first place with Sandro Dias and Andy Macdonald rounding out the podium.
The street event saw newly minted Zoo York pro, Chaz Ortiz, holding an early lead. But in a hectic seven man final, Greg Lutzka took the win with his “solid, consistent and progressive skating…” according to the release. There’s full results from the vert and street finals, plus a video wrap below. For the full Alli Sports wrap, go here.
