Plastiki, the boat made of 12,500 reused plastic bottles and a whole lot of courage, has almost completed it’s 8,000 nautical mile, 4 month trip from San Francisco to Syndey. It’s due into Sydney Harbour at around 11am this morning (26th of July). The adventure aims to raise awareness of the amount of waste that ends up in our oceans. So if you’re close to the Australia National Maritime Museum, you should drop in and welcome the crew.
