Piper And Leichardt Parks Now Open

Here’s a few photos and an updated park report for Perisher.  Check the shot of the 40 foot Cliff Drop Jump in Slopestyle and the three photos of the Leichardt park plus one of the Piper park dance floor box. I saw that someone had asked for some Leichardt photos on the Shoutbox so here we go!

It’s been busy this week with the new snow, and we now have all four parks up and going. The beginner park at Piper is now open with four rollers a 3m Dance Floor box and a 3m box, with room for more features to come soon. Leichardt park now has two 20 foot step down jumps, and there is a new 30 foot step-up jump in the Slopestyle.

Earlier in the week we built a “Gutter Run” next to the Yabby Rider Cross Course so beginners can get used to riding transitions and walls before stepping up to the Superpipe. Work has started tonight on the Blue Cow park in it’s usual location thanks to the recent snow and in the mean time the mini park at the top of the Blue Cow Summit Chair is still rolling.

We now have 12 jumps ranging in size from 10 to 70 feet and 16 jibs over the four park areas. Keep an eye out on our website for a detailed list and line flow in our new Park and Pipe page that will be debuting any day now.
