Issue 15 cover story Shaun White has already released a relatively successful snowboarding video game but that doesn’t mean he can sit around and play it. Not when Shaun kills it like he does on a skateboard and there’s cash-money to be made. We’ve talked about it before, but Shaun White Skateboarding is almost upon us (due out October 1st) and Joystiq have a comprehensive preview of it.

The short of it is that the world changes into a more skate friendly environment as you get better. There looks to be some sort of feature that allows you ride invisible rails up to previously inaccessible parts of the map, but I’m not exactly how they justify that. Anyway, if you like the insanely fun Tony Hawk Pro Skater series over the more realistic simulation in the EA Skate series, it looks like this could be the game for you.
