As I slave away in my internet dungon with the boss cracking the whip, I wish that I had a boss like the crew at RPS Snowboard Shop have. Last Tuesday, Andrew and Warick told thier staff to take the day off and go snowboarding and they paid for it!. Now, it’s safe to say that Andrew and Warick pushed the real-o-meter into the red. To make things even better, Burton sent along the brand manager with a truck load of next years product for the crew to try out. They didn’t even take any photos, it was just %100 for the staff. All we got was this candid camera shot of the shop’s front door!
