I might be the last one to the party on this but I have only just become aware of this rad sneaker label, Gourmet. The blurb on the company site says they’re inspired by Italian and Italian-American culture – it says, “From Old World Italy and its grand tradition of men’s wear tailoring with luxe fabrics and trends that have driven the fashion market, to Italians in the Metropolitan enclaves across the USA at batting cages and local giglio feasts wearing sweatpants with an undeniable swagger…” The guys have done a collaboration shoe with Heineken that looks pretty awesome.
