On the November 30th episode of The Daily Show, Jon Stewart had Susan Casey, author of the book ‘The Wave: In pursuit of the rogues, freaks and giants of the ocean‘, on the show. They spend quite a bit of time talking about Laird Hamilton and his pursuit of big waves and the danger he is in compared to the scientists studying the waves.
