Mike Valleley has talked with Chris Nieratko for ESPN about his return to the Bones Brigade and the upcoming documentary. Mike V abandoned his plans for his own board label, called By The Sword, to return to his roots. The interview is pretty interesting, Valleley says, “You know I played a big role, directly and indirectly, in how everything in skateboarding changed in 1989 which lead to the Bones Brigade eventually disbanding and Stacy Peralta parting ways with George Powell. But I grew up with the Bones Brigade. I was discovered and brought into the skateboard world by Lance Mountain and Stacy Peralta.” He talks about the past and the plans for the near future – have a read over here.
