Nate Johnstone fought a close battle with Ipod (Iouri Podladtchikov) at the FIS World Championships in Spain last night and managed to come out victorious. According to the FIS release, “Nate had earned the highest score with fs 10 indy, cab 7 lien, fs 9 indy, back 9 lien plus a huge fs air and thus was crowned the worthy World Champion.” Congrats Nate, rad work! And backing it up for the Australians, Holly Crawford took out gold in the womens with a pretty amazing run consisting of a lien air, backside air, frontside seven mute, cab seven, frontside five and backside air.
