The parent company of POW GLOVES and Spacecraft has purchased HOLDEN OUTERWEAR. The brand was founded by Mikey LeBlanc and Scott Zergebel in 2002 where they focussed on creating classic, slim cuts and premium eco materials for outerwear – something very unique at the time which led the charge for all other brands to follow the same path.
Holden will continue to be led by the founders but now have the engine of a much larger snow business behind them. LeBlanc said of the sale, “We are honored to carry forward the success of the Holden brand by partnering with the team at POW Inc. They understand our approach to stylish functional outerwear, and we mutually plan to combine Holden’s branding and product expertise with POW Inc.’s resources and excellence in business.” Here’s hoping it works out for the guys.
