American Apparel CEO Dov Charney (Above… Left) was facing charges of getting all ‘handsy’ with a female employee but has aparently settled out of court for $1.3 million. However, it has since been revealed that the former female employee hired a supremely skilled law-talking-guy known for his ability to fabricate in-depth embarressing stories, purely to extract money from wealthly, well known individuals. The whole thing is complicated further by the fact that this is like the fifth time Dov has had to answer questions like these – in the past, all the suits have been dismissed.
