Marc Frank Montoya’s hotel, The Block, in Tahoe is currently closed due to a brew-ha-ha with the tax office. Aparently an accounting error in their favor meant that they kept $200k that was meant for Uncle Sam. It appears as though the tax man is not being all that sensible though – instead of negotiating a payment plan, they walked in and closed it down. You can check a more thorough story here.
