The MFM/Eneliko Smith owned hotel, The Block, at Big Bear is going to auction on January 20th. This is a forclosure auction and is an added worry for the business which has also had its Tahoe location closed due to unpaid taxes (as seen here). Eneliko Smith has a bit of a chequred history with lawsuits from Nicky Hilton and plenty of negative comments on blogs about his past dealings – still, no one is going to put a blog post up about Eneliko’s latest happy customer, so I take the anonymous comments with a grain of salt.
