Australian Olympic team member and fastest man in Australia (sorry Chumpy), Damon Hayler won his first FIS World Cup Snowboard Cross event last night. In what sounded like a typical nerve racking boarder cross race, Damon actually crossed the line in second place but was upgraded to first after Yanky rider Graham Watanabe was caught cutting a gate.
