I haven’t really kept up with who is in and out of the various Olympic teams at the moment but I did get a note saying that Seb Toots and Mark McMorris will be appearing. Toutant is likely to be a very strong contender in slope, with Sochi being the first time the event has been run in the winter games. There’s no real hints of any surprise new tricks from anyone coming up to Feb but Toots said, “The Triple Cork is clearly the new trend, so my objective is to perform different variations and most of all to be consistent so that I can land it every time.” Canada Snowboard filmed a clip with Seb about the lead up to the games which you can see above.
