Details on Stylewars for 2011 are out and there’s a few changes to this year. Aside from the 20 invited riders, there will be the opportunity for 50 others to go into the qualifiers – anyone can register. If you think you’re in with a shot, hit this link and have fun! STYLEWARS 2011. THE AUSTRALIAN SLOPESTYLE CHAMPIONSHIPS TTR WORLD SNOWBOARD TOUR 4-STAR EVENT OPEN FOR REGISTRATION NOW – $20,000 + PRIZES
On the 21st August Stylewars launches into its 10th anniversary year with a bang. Renowned as Australia’s premier snowboarding event, Stylewars has attracted the world’s best snowboarders year after year and this year’s event will be no exception. With a prize money increase, an OPEN format (meaning anyone can register to qualify for the event), Slopestyle now being an Olympic sport and a great opening to the Australian Winter things are shaping up nicely for a great 4-days of action, live music and world class snowboarding antics.

ONLINE REGISTRATION starts today and will close August 1. All riders need to register for the event so get in early and secure your space; 20 invited riders will be joined by 50 riders eager to qualify. Accommodation, registration and pass deals are available and all event information will be emailed to you during the registration process. Stylewars has joined forces with the Australian Junior Series and will be providing the 2 winners of the junior tour FOC entry spaces into Stylewars at the Australian Rookie Tour Event. All of these Slopestyle events are on the TTR World Tour.
