So, the new Travis Rice epic, Art Of Flight premiered in the States last night. As mentioned in previous posts, the film features Travis Rice, Nicolas Muller, Mark Landvik, Jake Blauvelt, Pat Moore, DCP, Scotty Lago, Eero Niemela, John Jackson and Jeremy Jones. The premiere was held in New York at the historic Beacon Theatre where T.Rice and his crew were hanging out, there was a mini-ramp and John Jackson and his bro wore the same pale blue and salmon tux’s out of Dumb and Dumber… Awesome. I was pretty damn excited this morning when I thought I was going to be able to buy the film on iTunes and check out the most hyped release since That’s It That’s All. But no, Australia has to wait to buy it… I’ve contacted Red Bull Media House for a release date for Australia and I will update when I hear back. I also wanted to point out that this new “internet” thing is global and even waiting 24 hours is going to cost them sales cause you know someone is going to torrent it straight away. Not that I want to encourage that sort of thing but there is a serious limit to how long I’ll wait for the Australian release… The clock is ticking.

Australian premiere’s are planned for Canberra and Sydney. I’m guessing that means around SIA Tradeshow time which is 10th to 12th October.
