I saw Boardistan tweet the rumor yesterday afternoon and now we have the below tweet from Danny Way… Apparently Josh Swindell is out of jail. For those that don’t know the story, Swindell was in jail for second degree murder after leading Keith Ogden out of a bar and kicking him three to five times in the face. There are plenty of rumors about that night – I’m struggling to find printed versions of them but they run along the lines that Ogden was gay and this was a hate crime, and that Way was there that night with Steve Matus. But as I said, these are rumors and I have nothing to back it up… If anyone’s lawyers want to talk to me about it, my name is Snrub.
