Russian President Vladimir Putin, who has overseen a lot of the preparations for the 2014 Sochi winter games, has become “aware of the desire of some ordering parties and subcontractors, to increase the cost of the sites now, in the final stages of the construction,” which makes him very unhappy, but I’m sure he could have got someone to concoct a better finishing line than the one he used… “This is unacceptable.” That’s akin to the Terminator saying “I shall return”. Still, he’s not a man to under estimate (as evidenced by the gallery of Putin holding or standing near weapons above) and I’m sure the games will be delivered on time and on budget.
