A bunch of skaters intervened in a situation where two Muslim women were being attacked by some bogan racist – presumably a guy who lacks the ability to perform basic menial tasks without lengthy detailed instructions and struggles with words longer than four letters (I bet he rides a scooter too). The guy was being physically intimidating and shouting abuse at the women who were just passing in their car. The skaters defended them from the asshole who threw a few punches and left.

But the part that worries me most is that this was newsworthy. Someone, doing the decent and right thing, is now getting kudos in the paper. How long till we’re seeing headlines like ‘Man Puts Own Rubbish In Bin’?
