Sticker Jobs

So you get your board out ready for the season, before you wax it, before you mount the bindings and even before you give the shop guy the cash for the board you are thinking of the sticker job you are going to do. It is a snowboarding tradition to customize your board, sure it is possible to get a customized board graphic now days but this low cost art form of making your board your own will never die.

The sticker job is a way for you to express your creative side while shouting out your friends, favorite brands, what hill you ride, plus anything else you want people to know about. Stickers also equal $$$$ for pro riders as with out that logo in the shot or on the podium they don’t get paid. Sticker art has even gone past stickers now to include, spray paint, marker pens and what ever else will stand the abuse of a season of snow, wind and ice.

So if your season has already kicked off or you have a while to wait till the snow falls it is never to late to plan your sticker job.

Two sticker masters are Danny Davis and Mikkel Bang, here they are applying their art a couple of years ago when they where in OZ for the Open.
