For those enjoying the fine weather in the southern states, DC have launched just the thing! A signature Bruce Irons sandal (check the minisite here) with the Hawaiian Islands chain sketched on the sole and a cushioned toe separator. VISTA, CA—Introducing The Bruce Irons Signature Sandal—DC’s first-ever signature sandal and the latest addition to its signature footwear line. On DC’s Surf Team for more than nine years, Bruce is the perfect fit to join the select few DC athletes that have signature footwear. He worked on all aspects of the design process from the sole design, to colorways, and adding technical features to ensure it was the most durable, comfortable and water-friendly sandal he needed.

For the release of the Bruce sandal, DC created a custom minisite filled with info on the Bruce and the project. Exclusive content on the website include a Bruce video, a retrospective look from Bruce on his favorite DC ads from over the past 10 years, and downloadable wallpaper and images. When designing the sandal, Bruce put his personal stamp on the sandal by adding the Hawaiian Islands chain design to the bottom of the sole, and his signature is printed on the interior strap. Other features include a bendable articulated sole, cushioned toe separator, and waterproofed neoprene straps.

The Bruce Irons Signature Sandal is offered in both black and grey colorways, and the Bruce Irons LE is
