The last 5 days have been a whirl wind of good ol’ times at POP. We’ve been asked to produce a 45 minute DVD of the Boost King Of The Rail event. So while we were up in NSW filming for that, we managed to sneak in a day at Thredbo to catch all the new snow that fell over the weekend. So read more to watch the clips and pics.
I guess the number one lesson to come out of my 2006 Thredbo trip is not to eat food from the resort cafe. Not only did a fellow eater want to fight me for taking too long to fill up my tiny cup of pre-mix, but the chicken wrap’s weren’t as eadible or safe as they should be for $8.50. But apart from that, there was quite a bit of snow. Being from Victoria and used to rain, I can handle the fact that the Thredbo park was having a hard time staying bulit. Still, I hope they get Charles Beckinsale and his crew back to work with all this new snow.

Tom Pelley and Marc Baker getting after it.
Thredbo really does have some good terrain.
Even the youngsters are Airblasting it. Yeah buddy!
The only 2 features that were set-up and you had to hike. Hopefully now that there’s more snow these will be better.
Sketchy and not worth a trip to the Alfred (or $8.50).
