It’s no secret that we are massive fans of Chris Nieratko here at POP. Behind all the smack talk talk, he seems like a pretty decent guy, and his recent trip to Cuba is a prime example. Due to a US embargo, Cuban skateboarders are unable to purchase goods they need to skate causing what has become known as the ‘Cuban Skateboard Crisis‘. So good old Nieratko and some posse headed over to Cuba to hand out some proddy to some very needy and eager recipients. Full story here at Vice and some more here.
