I know this has been out for 5 months already (and Chris posted it back in March), so it’s certainly ‘old’ by internet standards. But I’ve been keeping on an on the Modern Collective blog lately because it seems to be the only surf movie outside of a Thomas Campbell film that has struck a chord with me recently. I wasn’t overly impressed with the production values of ‘Stranger Than Fiction’, so it’s good to see a return to form for Taylor Steele here. It could also be because Melbourne doods Krozm have been helping them out. Either way, this film is already changing my opinion of mainstream surf films.
